  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Damaged/incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

  • Pre-orders and custom items are final sale and cannot be canceled.
